Agreement
By requesting a quote, booking work, creating an account, or using blackdiamondremoval.org, you agree to these Terms of Service with Black Diamond Removal (“we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use our services or site.
Services
We provide junk removal, yard cleanup, hauling, light demo, and related services in Northern Nevada. Quotes and trailer pricing (including quarter, half, and full loads) are estimates; final price may vary based on material, weight, access, and job conditions. We may decline items we cannot legally or safely haul (including hazardous materials).
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe access to the job site and accurate information about what needs removal. You confirm you have authority to authorize removal of the items and materials on site.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for each job. Invoices may be issued electronically (including via Stripe hosted invoice links). Unpaid balances may result in late fees or collection as permitted by law.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Diamond Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a job will not exceed the amount you paid us for that job.

Site content is provided for general information. We may update pricing, copy, and features without notice. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or outages.
